| In April, construction will start on a 35k SF recreational park and a 12k SF innovation center at the 23-acre site, which John and partner Morgan Stanley first acquired in ?06. Construction is also likely to start by year's end on other components of the project now undergoing BRA design review: Norwich Hospitality Group's 150-key hotel, WS Development's 1.2M SF of retail, WS and AvalonBay?s 1M SF mixed use project (800 apartments, 340k SF of retail), and Twining/Skanska's 300 apartments with 20k SF of retail.
