WE'LL FIND YOU

Warm weather means it's hard tracking you down for scoops (unless you invite us on your boat). Irresistible. That's what Ironwood?s Molly Pidgeon and Bill Hommel thought of the music and other treats offered up on a classic spring evening downtown. Their construction firm is working in the Taunton Business Park doing interior and exterior renovations for Rich?s Transportation and Petco Distribution. John is doing interior design for the U Mass Lowell?s M2D2 10k SF lab and expects to issue construction docs in about a month. Mina is managing new construction for the Humane Society in Waterford, CT, and her firm is shortlisted for an academic research facility that will do national security work. Elizabeth is working on a new inpatient building for the Albany (NY) Medical Center and Danielle is hip deep in a data center project in Springfield, Ma.
Nelson/Black Cow?s John Kells talking shop with Elaine Construction's Lori Coletti. John's wrapping up punch list items for the interior of Biogen?s new 230k SF office in the ?burbs, which they plan to occupy in June. He's also doing a variety of spaces for Bank of America and TD Bank. Lori, a past president of IFMA says, sees things looking up. ?We're busy, union, and optimistic.? She's doing building for MIT and Harvard; renovations, interior work, labs. She's also working on a corporate job for InterSystems at One Mem. Drive
