Waterside Place Tops Off

Despite this week's events, Bostonperseveres. The Drew Co yesterday topped off on Waterside Place, its 350k SF mixed-use project at Congress and D Street, adjacent to the convention center.The company--its team snapped yesterday at the event--considered postponing the event in light of the Boston Marathon bombings, but ultimately decided to move forward as planned.

We stepped back and took a shot of the 236-unit apartment development in progress. TheDrew Co was apioneer in developing on the waterfront, but now it's just one of many players in the rapidly changing Innovation District.
