With a ?scientific? method that has called the winner two-thirds of the time since 2000, Roger says the city with the higher vacancy will win. Which means Green Bay can dust off the mantel since the Wisconsin metropolis reported 18.9% versus 12.1% for Pittsburgh. Surprisingly, Ben Roethlisberger was not available to comment. |
