Jones Lang executive chairman and two-time Super Bowl champRoger Staubach (above at a friends and family game recently) says he has a sure-fire predictor of the next Super Bowl victor: the office vacancy rate in the battling cities. With a ?scientific? method that has called the winner two-thirds of the time since 2000, Roger says the city with the higher vacancy will win. Which means Green Bay can dust off the mantel since the Wisconsin metropolis reported 18.9% versus 12.1% for Pittsburgh. Surprisingly, Ben Roethlisberger was not available to comment.
