Yesterday, Leggat McCall's Eric Bacon, EVP for development, filled us in on a few of its larger projects: it's MGH?s rep for a new 500k SF in-patient building adjacent to the main hospital, and it's starting the Forsyth Institute at 245 First St, Cambridge. (We snapped this pic at last week?s RELA breakfast.) He tells us about 25% of the firm's work is investing and the rest is project management. Meanwhile, the firm recently completed NewBridge on the Charles in Dedham, a mix of senior housing types, in which they repped the owner from design through construction.
