| Matthew is working with Berklee College of Music to win city approvals for a new 155k SF student residence with 350 bedsdesigned by William Rawn Associates. The Menino administration has been encouraging colleges and universities to get more students living in dorms and out of apartments in surrounding neighborhoods where they push up rents and push out the locals. To lure these hardworking academics, more schools are designing dorms that blur the line with apartments by having more kitchen and living room space.
