At this morning?s Bisnow State of the Market, industry pros lined the back and side walls at the Copley Marriott to hear what other experts had to say about capital markets, leasing, development, rents, and the macro trends that will help determine which way the wind blows. There was more optimism than we've heard around here for a while. But of course, several caution flags were raised concerning rental rates and CRE debt coming due.
