SEE WHO ELSE WAS THERE

At our Bisnow Industrial Summit last week, ACP's Bob Arrington saved the day, volunteering to give our event emcee directions to Harbor East's Four Seasons. At least Bob had a nice view.
There's more than one side to Bob, who tells us helping out is what networking is all about. "You help someone with their business and it comes back to you." In an effort to help Bob pay it forward, we'll share that ACP stands for Architectural Construction Products.
We also snapped Development Design Consultants' Paul Cavanaugh, Key Environmental's Patrick Pusey and Jay Clayton, and Linden Contracting prez Glen Lindengren. Patrick tells us he and Jay opened their civil, geotechnical, and chemical engineering company's Frederick office in April (joining the Pittsburgh HQ and offices in Jersey and Maine). The company also does investigation and remediation of "environmentally challenged" properties. (Everyone's gotta be PC in an election year.)
We also snapped the Cushman crew: Chris Wright, Adam Campbell, and Michael Elardo.
JLL's Todd Hughes, "Roof Raising Specialist" Craig Jones, JLL's Josh Katz, and Metropolis Capital Finance's Eric Hynek. Craig tells us he's converting Class-B industrial to Class-A through roof-lifting projects in Dallas, Houston, Chicago, and Orange County, Calif., and waiting for the industrial owners in Maryland, DC, and Virginia to discover the hidden opportunities in converting low clear-height buildings to higher cube, quality properties.
We also snapped Chesapeake Real Estate Development's Ed Brady, Cassidy Turley's Jarred Testa, and Colliers' David Dannenfelser and Jon Miller.
Here's PNC Real Estate's Patrick Tehan, Emory Properties' Clay Emory, Manekin's Owen Rouse (who tells us his firm recently inked a JV with the Chicago-based Brennan Investment Group), and NorthMarq's Nancy Ferrell, who's speaking at Bisnow's Baltimore Multifamily Summit on June 26.
