Seaport Leases Keep Coming

Life is good apparel will relo from Back Bay into nearly 22k SF at 51 Melcher St, a Synergy Investments building in the Fort Point Channel end of the Seaport District. It's a chance to consolidate from three locations, says CEO Bert Jacobs. Its also a commitment to invest in Bostons future. Synergy, meanwhile will invest in a new lobby, roof, elevators, windows, HVAC, power, and tech systems. (Life is good, but it's better with property upgrades.) NAI Hunnemans Dan Collins and Steve James, repped the tenant; CBRE/New Englands Bill Crean and Kevin Kennedy repped Synergy.
