| We snapped Sunset Laundry?s Paul DeVincenzo with Nelson Black Cow?s Stacy Chambers at Bisnow's recent Schmooze, where she told us that the firm just delivered interiors construction drawings for the two Biogen buildings (with 500k SF) being developed in East Cambridge, one by Boston Properties and the other by Alexandria. Last week, the Town of Belmont approved the power station that Nelson designed. Verizon also hired Nelson to design an innovation center in San Fran, while in Waltham it hired it to add food service to the Waltham Innovation Center interior Nelson recently completed. |
