Redgate's Lisa Serafin

We snapped Redgate Real Estate Advisors founding principal Lisa Serafin (center/white sweater, with colleagues Kate Feist, Lizbeth Bello, Alex Phillips, and Julie Zelermyer) at NEWiRE’s annual meeting at the Mandarin Oriental yesterday. In a room filled with talented female professionals, Lisa is one of few who—with her partners—leads a major development and consulting firm. With an expertise in predevelopment strategy, financial feasibility, and government relations/approvals for Redgate and their clients, she’s had a hand in planning for Fan Pier, North Point, and several institutional projects. Smaller in scale but interesting, she’s working on the $20M 338 Congress St; nine luxury condos in Fort Point set to start construction in the fall.
