Party for Heather Smith Foundation Tonight

Her life taken during the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Heather Smith  worked at Beacon Capital and had dreamed of attending the MIT Center for Real Estate program. She got close. She met her fianc , Mike Jammen, while he was at the MIT RE Center. But at age 30, it all came to an end for her. Friends and family, however, established a legacy that keeps her spirit alive, The Heather Smith Foundation, which initially raised $200k, has awarded $170k as scholarships for women to attend the MIT RE program.
