It's all about knowing the process and going through it in order,? says Paul, who recently helped a Subway shop open on Washington St., where the Mayor wants vacant storefronts filled. We snapped him at the Mayor?s retail tour of Downtown Crossing and the South Boston Waterfront last week. He explained a little about the process. For a license to serve take-out food, a request to Inspectional Services must be denied (seriously) so it can go before the Zoning Board of Appeals. Paul personifies patience. |
