When Colliers International's Jon Miller and Tim Hearn (in Baltimore) saw real estate media legend Bill Regardie in Friday's DCissue, they couldn't resist sending us a follow-up picture. "Money Power Greed" jackets were part of Regardie's lore in the '80s (who doesn?t love the snake-dollar combo?), and Colliers has one framed and displayed prominently in its Columbia office. Jon recently joined the firm as VP and is working industrial relationships throughout the B-W Corridor, including the company's TA Realty portfolio.
