| The Pinehills? Tony Green says that the ?12 sales pace at the region's largest mixed-use development (3052 residences permitted) is better than the 144 homes sold in 2011. Since '01, nearly 1,600 homes have been occupied: 192 rental apartments and 1,400 for-sale homes, from condominium townhomes to cottages and custom single-family houses. In addition, 36 more homes are sold and under construction. In the past two weeks alone, Tony says it's had 15 more new home reservations (the step before signing a P&S). Buyer interest is intensifying as more people sell their existing houses. |
