Gerding Edlen prez Mark Edlen was a happy developer when we snapped him Thursday at the opening party for the $100M 315 on A. (And not just because celeb chef Ming Tsai was also on hand to cook up tasty treats to accompany the cocktails.) The Portland, Ore.-based company has already leased 27% of the 202 apartments in the redeveloped and expanded brick-and-beam building overlooking Fort Point Channel, he tells us. Mark’s company is also developing the $145M complex at 275 Albany St with Normandy Real Estate Partners, which will include a 200-unit, 19-story building on Traveler Street and a 180-unit, 11-story building on East Berkeley Street.
