The GSA has leased 21k SF at Guardian Realty Management's 128k SF Dulaney Center I (849 Fairmount Ave) in Towson. Cassidy Turley's Douglas Brinkley, Lizzy Sweeney, and Andrew McIlvaine repped the landlord, and JLL repped the GSA. Speculation of a slowdown in GSA activity after several senior execs lost their jobs could mean this one snuck in just under the wire.
