| We snapped Paradigm Properties' Kevin McCall and Building Impact?s outgoing executive director Lisa Guyon. Kevin and Lisa started Building Impact six years ago to organize community service opportunities for tenants in his firm's office buildings. Then last year, they launched REAction as a vehicle for real estate companies to do community service: deliver school supplies to children, renovate Boys and Girls? Clubs, and clean up the Charles, among other good works. Lisa?s moving on to lead the Cape Cod Housing Assistance Corp. Kevin will continue to be the spirit behind Building Impact. As the head of Paradigm, he says he also expects to see more distress opportunities in CRE this year. |
