Now, she has another honor:being named one of 40 Top Women of the Law by Lawyers Weekly, with an award ceremony to follow next month. A mother of four, Joan has been a partner at her firm since 2000. She's working on several construction projects including seniors housing and retail. She's doing an acquisition loan for an assemblage of NYC townhouses on land destined to be a ?future East Side development.?
