INVESTMENT GAME STILL A GO

Pete Katz has joined Charlotte-based Southern Real Estate and will focus on investment properties. Manhattan native Pete tells us he and his family have lived in Charlotte about 15 years. He most recently owned his own company, SFA Investment Real Estate. (He named it after his grandparents, Samuel and Frances Abrams.) Pete tells us his target audience will be investors interested in for-sale retail and other commercial properties in the $1M to $10M range. ?I?ll be working with investors who want more properties rather than big properties,? Pete says.
