| We've run into J Calnan's Mike Collentro (center) a few times recently and snapped pics each time, but this photo from a Building Impact event several weeks ago best reflects his true charm. He told us that earlier this month Calnan won tenant fit-ups in Waltham: 54k SF at 52 Second Ave. for NRT (working with Nelson Black Cow). It's also doing a phased 62k SF TI at 1601 Trapelo Rd with WB Engineers for Constant Contact. Congrats Mike and crew. |
