Erland Construction VP Eric Greene says the Burlington-based construction firm is building new student housing, renovating existing buildings, and repairing damage caused by last year's tornado. (Apparently clicking your heels does not make it all better; thanks, Hollywood.) Pre-construction, Erland advises clients on designing within budget. At UConn in Storrs, they're overseeing the construction of a fourth apartment building for Education Realty Trust; the four have a total of 414 apartments. Erland has also worked to repair tornado damage on Springfield College's International Hall and has done buildings at Westfield State, Merrimack College, Mass Maritime Academy, Babson College and built a new dorm for Deerfield Academy.
