Erin is as close as its gets to COO for this industry leading firm. When CBRE-NE won Equity Commonwealth and its 3.4M SF property management portfolio as a client earlier this year, Erin’s team integrated it into the firm’s 35M SF PM portfolio providing a seamless transition. Erin makes sure that the gears in the back of the house run smoothly for the brokers and staff in the front of the house. She also oversees HR, marketing and research. She fell into real estate taking on a temp assignment as an office manager, which quickly became a permanent job as office manager and executive assistant to co-managing partners Kevin Doyle and Andy Hoar. Commercial real estate demands that she always be her best; she likes outperforming every day. She’s the president of the NEWiRE Education Foundation. Advice: work for an organization like CBRE/NE that’s a meritocracy; excel in your role, ask questions; get involved with your company and industry groups, cultivate relationships.
