EDU ON THE MOVE; THE DEAL SHEET

Education Development Center said it will relocate its corporate HQ into 120k SF at 43 Foundry Ave, Waltham, in CenterPoint office/lab/R&D park, moving from 55-57 Chapel St, Newton.
EDC plans to move to by Nov 2011 into a building with enhanced conference meeting space, more parking, and more local amenities at significant cost savings. The landlord, TC Saracen (a JV of Saracen Properties and Trammell Crow Company Acquisition Funds) was repped by Cushman & Wakefield's Mark Roth, while EDC was repped by Richards Barry Joyce?s Robert Richards,Jonathan Varholak, and Ron Friedman.
