The developer turned the former one-story pharmaceutical manufacturing facility at 2810 Lord Baltimore Dr into a 230k SF, two-story, Class-A office that's 55% leased, leaving 98k SF available. |

| Here's Cushman & Wakefield's Tim Jackson with Manekin's Scott Manhoff, who won first place in Cushman's Derby game when his business card was matched with I’ll Have Another. (We would've liked to see some more big flowery hats, gentlemen, but we'll let it slide this time.) Scott joined Manekin in March and tells us he's keeping busy because he's a generalist, a good thing to be in a slower market. |
