| As the new school year approaches, the nonprofit Building Impact connects CRE pros and tenants with opportunities to help school kids by collecting pens, pencils, and notebooks and stuffing them into book bags. On one recent outing, Skanska USA's Mike Pascavage and his team from the Boston office joined an assembly line at City Hall Plaza to help pack the goodies for the Cradles to Crayons, Ready for School campaign. He liked the feel-good music (the theme from Rocky and some Abba picks) and the chance to help 27,000 area children get ready for learning.
