Last June,demolition and site work began; building construction will start Q2 for an estimated14 completion. Developer RMD, a developer associated with Market Basket, plans to build one of its90k SF supermarkets and has lease agreements from Marshalls and restaurants Bonefish Grill and Jake & Joes. Cassidy Turleyis leasing the 120k SF of offices.
