CBRE's Charlotte office just wrapped the $26.5M sale of the Verizon Wireless Building in Greenville, S.C. The 193k SF, single-tenant building sits on 17 acres at Brookfield Office Park.

The buyer was Lititz, Penn.-based Susquehanna Holdings.
