CBRE SELLS VERIZON BUILDING

CBRE's Charlotte office just wrapped the $26.5M sale of the Verizon Wireless Building in Greenville, S.C. The 193k SF, single-tenant building sits on 17 acres at Brookfield Office Park.

Ryan and Patrick Gildea of CBRE's Charlotte Investment Properties group, along with Steve Smith, Matt Covington and Craig Stipes of CBRE's Greenville office repped the seller, ORIX Real Estate Equities Inc. The buyer was Lititz, Penn.-based Susquehanna Holdings.
