| In this year?s ?Canstruction?, the Boston Society of Architects and Society for Design Administration?s sculpture competition to benefit the Greater Boston Food Bank, ARC/Architectural Resources Cambridge won the award for Best Meal. ARC?s team of Candace Naste, Priyanka Mashelkar, Leslie DelleFave, Lisa Schoenbrunn, Rebecca Boyer, Doug Shilo, and Amy Northern used canned food to fashion a relief map of Boston neighborhoods and their levels of hunger. The contest was part of a national community service project held in 40 cities in which participants donated the food to those in need. |
