| Boston Development Group's $165M mixed-use project in the Bulfinch Triangle—which has waited on the sidelines for two years—is poised to start construction in the spring. Last week, The Boston Redevelopment Authority said that it approved a revised project that no longer includes the office space originally approved in ?08. Now, The Merano plan includes: 230 multifamily rental apartments, a 210-key hote l, 13k SF of restaurants, 4,700 SF of retail, parking for 184 vehicles, and 30 affordable on-site apartments. (And, apparently, an army of ghosts!) The project team: CBT Architects, Epsilon Associates , Howard Stein Hudson, and Goulston & Storrs. |
