Boston Capital's $900M in Housing

We snapped Jack Manning, CEO of Boston Capital, who co-founded the privately held firm with Herb Collins (in ?74). Meeting in his office last spring, he said that the company had $600M in equity to spend on developing $900M in residential (mostly affordable housing) around the US. With low income housing tax credits as a basis of their business model, they threw off the recessionary doldrums in the summer of '10 and have been crankin? ever since.
