AG/ND King, a unit of Angelo Gordon and National Development, made one of the larger recent deals, reportedly a $94M sale of the 490k SF IBM/Littleton campus to Wells Real Estate Funds. IBM is a long-term tenant with over 10 years left on its lease at 550 King St, which had a $50M renovation, including work on the base building and a TI program. Cushman & Wakefield repped the seller and procured the buyer. Its Robert Griffin and Edward Maher sold the two-story, three-building property on a wooded 41-acre site near I-495, the Mass. Pike, and Route 2.
