| Notice anything different at 53 State Street? Brookfield Office Properties' Rob Brierly and multimedia artist Seibring Versteeg hope you do. Brookfield recently installed lobby artwork by David Reed and Versteeg whose multimedia piece (above) operates like a touch screen. Rob says that since the installation a few weeks ago, people already have been stopping by to admire and play. He hopes that with this touch of culture and other improvements, the 250k SF of space that's available or soon-to-be will get snapped up. |
