Dunn's Flooring is relocating its HQ from 7247 National Dr in Hanover to 34k SF at 8260 Preston Ct in Jessup. Kenwood Management's Bill Singer repped the landlord (an affiliate of Kenwood) with C&W's Mike Elardo and Brian Kruger. Dunn's brokers were Mackenzie's Mike Spedden and Dan Hudak; its new showroom is expected to open this month.
