Tenants Are Flocking To The Parke In Cedar Park

Endeavor Real Estate Group has inked leases with more than 20 prominent tenants for its Cedar Park retail project called The Parke.

The project broke ground in March of this year. When completed, The Parke will have over 370k SF and include retailers like Nordstrom Rack, Chuy’s Restaurant and Petco as well as the first 365 by Whole Foods store in the country.

In total, over 270k SF has already been leased. The Parke’s grand opening will happen in Q2 2017.
