SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT: Trammell Crow Co

We love seeing happy faces and shiny shovels (a good sign of an improving economy). Earlier this year, TD Bank’s Thai Truong and Jay Arvai, Trammell Crow Co’s Chris Sencindiver, Jeffrey Goggins, Davis Griffin, and Eric Fischer, and TD Bank’s Jim Cupelli broke ground for the new Medical Art Pavilion, a 138k SF, five-story medical office building on the campus of Princeton HealthCare System’s new $442M University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. Davis says the project is owned by Partners Health Trust (a JV of Trammell Crow and a public pension fund advised by Bentall Kennedy) and physician tenants. The Pavilion will connect to the hospital at four locations and house diagnostics, imaging, surgery, and physician offices, offering outpatient care and same-day surgical procedures. It’s 74% preleased to PHCS and physician tenants, all with custom build-out and pending LEED certification. Learn more about Trammell Crowhere.
