Monogram Residential Trust’s 24-Story SEVEN Luxury Multifamily Opens in Austin

The latest luxury multifamily project opened in Austin. SEVEN, a 24-story, 220-unit community developed by Monogram Residential Trust and CWS Capital Partners opened touting the latest in luxury, sustainability and technology. How can apartments be high-tech? Monogram’s people tell us the units feature Nest thermostats and Google Fiber Optics (which will be integrated throughout the community early next year) and an electric car-charging station.

Amenities include on-site bike repair services, an infinity pool with views of the State Capitol and Frost Tower. There’s concierge-style customer services, including valet dry-cleaning and complimentary Whole Foods delivery. Equity for SEVEN was provided by Monogram and Monogram Residential Master Partnership I, a JV between Monogram and PGGM Private Real Estate Fund, a real estate investment vehicle for Dutch pension funds.
