27 Eleven Property Sold, Clearing Way For Mixed-Use Redevelopment

Paydar Properties has purchased 27 Eleven from CSW Development. The sale paves the way for the site to potentially become a mixed-use development with a mid-rise multifamily community. 

JLL managing director Scott LaMontagne and associate Michael Gonzalez led the seller representation team. LaMontagne said in a statement that “virtually all major urban developers” were interested in the investment property. 

The site is at 2711 West Anderson Lane near the intersection of MoPac Expressway, adjacent to North Cross Mall and Village Shopping Center. The center's tenants include Alamo Drafthouse, Hopdoddy and Walmart.
