World Class Capital's Nate Paul Named To Forbes 30 Under 30 List

Forbes just released its 2016 "30 Under 30" list, featuring 600 rising stars across 20 sectors who still haven't hit the big 3-0 and among the impressive young'uns is Austin's very own Nate Paul, CEO of World Class Capital Group. Nate has been a frequent speaker at Bisnow events across the state. His company has amassed a $1B portfolio of more than 9M SF across the US. In Downtown Dallas, his acquisition of the old KPMG tower was among the catalysts for the redevelopment of the CBD. WCCG has more than 30 Austin properties.

Its operating portfolio includes office buildings, retail centers, apartments, student housing, hotels, marinas, self-storage facilities and industrial warehouses. World Class owns more than 9M SF in 16 states.
