Institutional Property Advisors Earns an A in Class-A

Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) Central Texas director Scott Lamontagne tells us the firm has a bursting pipeline ready to hit the market this spring, including some awesome 80s productand several new construction assets. IPA just wrapped up two early 2000s assets, with one setting a price-per-SF regional recordand the other a per-unit-record. IPA is comprised of nine institutionally qualified teams throughout the US, solely focused on major apartment transactions. IPA Texas is a 12-person team, covering the entire state, with Scott--a 10-year veteran--running the Austin/San Antonio region.
