Hilco Announces Online Auction For Properties Throughout San Antonio

Hilco Real Estate is hosting a huge online auction for several properties throughout the San Antonio area, all of which provide some great opportunities for commercial development.

The properties include:

60 acres at Judson Road and I-35, known as Fiddler’s Point. 42 acres are zoned for residential/townhouse/multifamily development and provide some spectacular views of the area. The commercial sites at the base of the property are on Judson Road, across from the expanding Northeast Methodist Hospital, and are ripe for medical-related development.

A 7,500 SF retail building and a 4,500 SF enclosed pool area on a half-acre at 5421 Grissom Rd (near Timberhill). The site is being operated as a retail scuba diving and training center.

Two sites on I-35 Frontage Road at Marigold in New Braunfels.The sites are 2.11 acres and one acre, respectively. They both offer high visibility and easy on/off access to I-35 for various types of retail and commercial development. 

9.3 acres in the 8800 Block of Marbach, just outside Loop 410, across the street from the Polo Club Apartments. This property on a major retail street offers flexibility for many types of commercial development. It's offered “Absolute” to the highest bidder.
