Selig Enterprises and Landmark Properties have moved another step forward on The Standard. The JV filed permits for land development on its 19-story student housing project at 708 Spring St. The project is expected to encompass 252 student housing apartments and 11k SF of street-level retail capped by a Starbucks, which is already on the site.
