Benoit Group Aims for Low-Income Retirement Housing

Atlanta-based The Benoit Group is planning to transform the site of a former run-down apartment complex into an affordable senior home project. Benoit filed land disturbance permits with the City of Atlanta for 954 Hightower Rd to make way for a 160-unit affordable senior living project with two three-story buildings. Benoit also recently applied for low-income housing credits for the development with the City of Atlanta.
