Bull Realty namesake Michael Bull just told us that he brokered the sale of 752 N Highland Ave in Virginia Highlands—home to the popular Hand & Hand and Neighbor's restaurant/bars. “Marketing this property was fun as most of the investors I talked to at some point have enjoyed adult beverages on the patios of these well-known pubs,” Michael says. Both restaurants will stay. Local investor Roger Ryan sold the 7,200 SF facility for an undisclosed sum to another unidentified investor.
