Wood Partners Takes Next Step To 1000 Park

Wood Partners 1000 Park Ave residential tower is moving forward.

The firm filed permits with the City of Atlanta to break ground on a 27-story apartment tower that will include 224 units. The project comes after much back-and-forth between Wood and local zoning officials, who initially balked at the density of the original plan—39 stories, which would have made it one of the tallest apartment towers in Buckhead.
