Wood Partners Moves On Alta At The Park

Wood Partners is moving forward on its Alta at the Park plans. The firm filed permits with the City of Atlanta to begin construction of its planned 198-unit apartment tower at 223 12th St in Midtown. According to the permits, Wood will include some 2,500 SF of retail space, parking decks on levels four through six, and a pool. This is Wood's second permit for a new project, including Park 1000 in Buckhead. And could the developers of Cyan in Buckhead have Memorial Drive on their mind? Officials associated with the developer have filed permits to move forward on a 238-unit apartment project at 465 Memorial Dr, current home of Barrett Performance machine parts equipment supplier. The proposed three-story building will include a 328-space parking deck and face Woodward Avenue, according to permits filed with the City of Atlanta.
