Wood Eyes 12th Street Project

Wood Partners is at it again in Atlanta, this time in the heart of Midtown. It is proposing a 22-story, 220-unit apartment tower with six levels of podium parking at 12th Street and Dickson Place--sandwiched between Juniper Street and Piedmont Avenue across from the Luxe condos (and somewhere around our scrawled yellow arrows). No one from Wood returned our calls. The firm revealed its plans for what it's calling Alta in the Park yesterday to the Midtown Development Review Committee, according to this agenda.
