A Downtown Atlanta condo tower has gained the title of having the record-making unit price sold in the history of the metro area. An 1,800 SF panoramic condo atop the four-star W Atlanta-Downtown has sold for more than $700k, the highest price ever paid for a single-bedroom condo unit in Atlanta's history. The selling agent was Coldwell Banker Atlanta's Marc Castillo. Curbed offered a glimpse inside the ultra-luxe unit, which includes Carrara marble, Gaggenau appliances and even a helipad on the roof.
