Trillist Headed to Florida for Next YOO

The Trillist Cos is going for a second YOO in Florida. The Atlanta developer, led by Scott Leventhal, revealed that it plans to develop Yoo at Metropica, a 263-unit, 28-story condo tower in Sunrise, FL—part of the $1B Metropica master-planned community. The firm broke ground last month on YOO at the Park, its 25-story, 245-unit luxury apartment tower (here) at 207 13th St fresh from securing construction financing, mezz debt and JV equity that was arranged by Cushman & Wakefield's Mike Ryan, Telly Fathaly, Brian Linnihan and Jeff Walker. There was no start date given for the Metropica project.
