Trammell Crow Pushing Forward on Pharr

Trammell Crow Residential is moving forward on its new five-story Buckhead apartment project. The firm filed permits with the City of Atlanta to develop 361 Pharr Rd, a 244-unit complex between Grandview Avenue and Lookout Place that will replace an aging retail strip center. Buckhead has seen a burgeoning of multifamily in recent months, especially along Pharr Road. Other new projects there include the 231-unit Allure and the Elle. Hanover Co also is working on a Pharr Road project and also filed permits with the city to begin development of its 22-story mixed-use apartment tower next to the Buckhead Theatre.
